Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your booking and use of experiences, events, gift cards, and other services provided by Motion Art Space (“we”, “us”, “our”) through motionartspace.com and booking.motionartspace.com. By making a booking or purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings and payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once payment is received and you receive a confirmation from us.
• Prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• You are responsible for providing accurate booking details. Please check your confirmation and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.

2. Bookings are final — no rescheduling, cancellations or refunds

All bookings and purchases are final. We do not offer rescheduling, cancellations, or refunds for any booking, event, or gift card, except where required by law.

• Please make sure your chosen date, time, and booking details are correct before you pay — these cannot be changed after payment.
• If you are unable to attend your booked session, your booking will be forfeited and no refund or credit will be issued.
• Arriving late may result in a shortened session, with no refund or extension for the time missed.

3. Gift cards

• Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

4. At the venue

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may receive a shortened session to avoid affecting other guests, with no refund for lost time.
• You agree to follow our staff’s safety instructions and venue rules at all times.
• We may refuse entry or end a session, without refund, for unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behaviour.
• You are responsible for any damage you cause to the venue, equipment, or property beyond normal use of the experience.

5. Health and safety

• Our experiences involve paint and physical movement. Please wear suitable clothing and inform us in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or accessibility needs so we can assist.
• Participation is at your own risk to the extent permitted by law (see Section 8).

6. Photography and media

• We may take photographs or video at events for our records and for marketing. If you do not wish to appear in marketing material, please notify our staff in writing before your session.
• Any artwork created during your experience is yours to keep, subject to any collection or delivery arrangements.

7. Intellectual property

All content on our website and materials — including logos, text, images, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Motion Art Space and may not be copied or used without our permission.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your booking or attendance.
• Our total liability to you in connection with any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
